It’s the year 3021, Thebes is reeling from a brutal civil war. Chancellor Creah’s decree is clear: anyone daring to bury the traitor Polyneices faces death. Yet, Antigone defies the law, boldly broadcasting her act on the public cloud.
Will Creah yield to public pressure or punish Antigone for her defiance? This futuristic retelling of Sophocles’ tragedy transforms the Greek chorus into a dynamic talk show/news program, with characters communicating through virtual projections.
