Pain Café

🌟 Are you living with chronic pain or know someone who is? 🌟

Chronic pain can be overwhelming, leading to feelings of isolation and anxiety. But you don’t have to face it alone! You are warmly invited to visit a new Pain Café, where you can connect with others who understand what you’re going through. 💬

At the Pain Café, you’ll have the chance to:

•Share experiences
•Find new ways of managing your pain
•Increase social life
•Engage in local community and job opportunities

The Pain Café will take place at the Shaftesbury Theatre on Monday 14th October, Wednesday 20th November and Friday 6th December from 11am – 12:30pm..
