Dawlish Repertory Company Annual General Meeting 2023

A.G.M. Tuesday 7^th November 

Bar open from 7:30 p.m.

 Meeting starts 8p.m.

This meeting determines who makes decisions in the next 12 months. Only Members can vote at the A.G.M.

Membership Fees are due on 1^st November and can be renewed online or on the night of the AGM at the theatre.

Members can vote for the Theatre Committee and now have advance booking privileges.

Voting at the AGM will determine Chair, Vice Chair, Secretary, Treasurer and up to 6 Committee member posts.

Nominations for all of these are now open and forms are posted by the Box Office in the Foyer. All nominees are asked to indicate which areas of theatre activity they would be willing to oversee or supervise. 

The theatre will be open to enable nominations from 10 a.m. -12 noon on 16-21 October and from 10 a.m.-12 noon and 7:00-10:00 p.m. on 24-28 October.  Nominations can also be submitted (with details of proposer and seconder) to revdalansmith@yahoo.co.uk
