Once again, we are happy to be hosting Teignmouth film Society for a showing of this epic film.

‘A road movie round Nazareth’

A unique opportunity to see this bittersweet Palestinian comedy about a father and son, doing the rounds of friends and relations delivering invitations to a family wedding.

There are serious issues underlying the teasing between father and son – this is Palestine, after all. But this is not a film to lecture you. What we get instead is a humorous and touching snapshot of what normal life means for a non-Jewish family in this half beautiful, half ruined place….

Doors (and bar!) open at 7pm for an 8pm screening and everyone is welcome. Tickets are only available on the door – so we hope to see you there
